WOW,

I didn't expect to have this blog post up so soon but if I don't post it now, this blogpost will be further delayed until next week because I'm going overseas tomorrow. Furthermore, it will be like a week away from the countdown & prolly not interested to blog about it already.

Blogging is like this, you need to feel in the right mood to blog about certain things. It's like writing a song, the moment you are going through something, be it good or bad, it's actually the best time write a song. Every word, emotions being said and felt are too correct & precise to the point that the listener could envisage what the song means.

So blogging is the same? haha, I dunno. I'm just giving some cow sense logic that prolly you don't agree with!

OKAY, so..

Neither do I expect myself to pitch together a video like this. I was just randomly dragging video files into my video editor software & soon enough, I'm piece them together.

Okay, once you watch this video of the fireworks in Dubai, you will feel that sg is nothing compared to that!

I love how they incorporated the fireworks, fountains, buildings, structures. SG just can't have all of these. Bor-----ringggg.

Alright Alright, The fireworks look quite fake in the video right? cuz I actually speed up the video by 1.5 times or so. Just trying to make it more interesting.

So I reached Plaza Sing at about 6pm to have my dinner before going down to Marina Platform. My mood wasn't too good despite being excited for the countdown earlier.

My periods are in a mess & my emotions are running crazily like a 360 times 5, roller coaster. I get happy & sing suddenly & then get really sad.

I can cry 5 minutes after singing a song. So something you need to know about me, when I'm having mood swings due to periods or whatever, I NEED MEAT!!!

I NEED CHICKEN, TO BE EXACT!

Right, so W (my bf) agreed to go Nando's to have a good round of chicken feasting!! YES!!!!!! :)

I was pretty excited to have my chicken until I got pissed off half way while waiting!! >.<

We waited like 30 minutes for our chicken platter for 2 & so many dishes of other customers that came in later than us have arrived. Crowd started filling up the place & our food isn't served!

SO, I told W, "I can't wait anymore, this is too much, It's too long!" (trying to get the waiter's attention)

W said: "baba(that's how he calls me). baba, let me do it. (he knows I'm having mood swings)

Me: okay. Alright!

No one came to serve us so W wanted to walk over & I stopped him.

Me: Let them come to us!

W: Can you please check when our order will arrive?

Me: It's been 30 minutes!

Waiter: okok, let me check

Awhile later he came back..

Waiter: sorry, another 3 minutes.

Me: OKAY, 3 MINUTES RIGHT? So I expect my food to be here in 3 minutes.

You know how much I hate people brushing you off by telling you things like 2 minutes, 1 minute etcs.

I mean, when they promised 3 minutes, I expect to see my food in 3 minutes.

I'm not being a spoilt kid or what but honestly, if he tells me 10 minutes, I wouldn't mind, just make sure within 10 minutes, the food is served.

Don't tell me 3 minutes & end up waiting for 10 minutes. That's not acceptable. =/

Fine, Shall not continue on this. It's oveRRRRRR! :)

LOL, I learnt this from W.

Before that,

When you are at nando's you need to take their sauces!
IT'S DAMN GOOD!!
SOUR & APPETISING!!! THUMBS UP!

My favourite ones would be these 2, garlic & the slightly hotter one.

At Nando's, I prefer taking the non spicy chicken which is the Lemon & herb one. I mean you have the awesome chilli sauces to go with it already, so for me, it's enough :)

You have to start eating the breast meat first because it usually tastes drier in your mouth & somehow if you are full, you wouldn't have appetite to have it. So have it when you are hungry.

If it's too dry, dip it in their awesome sauces.

But for some reaons, Nando's breast meats are not very dry compared to other chicken places like kfc etcs!

After the breast meat, go for the remaining lah!

Always leave the best to the last moment, especially when it comes to FOOD!

After dinner, we head down to the countdown marina floating platform.

Surprisingly, we didn't wait too long to get seated! :) YAY!

We managed to board an on-call cab because that caller didn't arrive. weeet!

You know how hard it is to even board a cab after events like this. Suddenly everyone got a lot a lot of monehhhhh $$$

Woke up at like 2pm cuz officially sleep at 4am, reach home 3am.
